Video Clips: Pack-Smart, Inc. - Rotary Placer Machine
Pack-Smart, based in Toronto, has been an IIS customer since 1999. They are a pioneer in the design and manufacture of very high speed servo-controlled rotary placement machines. Know those AOL disks you get in the mail or food and product samples attached to inserts in your Sunday newspaper? There's a good chance those items were placed by an IIS-controlled Pack-Smart machine. What makes the machine in this video particularly interesting is that the items on the conveyor belt do not have to be equally spaced.
