Replace your current system with newer electronic motion control technology.

Multi-Axis MSC-800, MSC-850, MSC-250 or MSC-100 Controllers are totally compatible with our new Emerald Controllers and drive systems.

There is no need to throw away software developed for the MSC family of controllers because all the software is completely transferable to the new Emerald family.

Any motion controller developed by IIS in use today can be retrofitted with the Emerald system. All PSC-100, MM-10 and MM-10-T controller functionality can be duplicated with minimal engineering effort.

All motors sold by IIS in its 30-year history can be replaced with the existing motor line, sometimes with a “bolt-in” replacement.

When developing a replacement program for your current system, IIS or not, please give us a chance to quote your next multi-axis or single axis motion control project.

Our engineering services include sizing and selecting your motion control system, and we can suggest ways to minimize and sometimes duplicate mechanical motion designs with electronic methods for a more efficient design.
