SERVO MECHANICAL ANALYSIS
Industrial Indexing Systems can review your application to select a motor/drive package with no obligation. Please refer to the four basic system templates below and select the appropriate mechanism for each axis of your machine. Simply fill in as much information as you can and submit. An IIS Application Engineer will analyze your project and make a servo sizing recommendation, as well as address specific questions you may have. For the more complex application, IIS has a NEW servo sizing software package. The Servo Mechanical Analysis (SMA) program allows the user to model the mechanical elements of a system, choose various motion profile shapes and analyze all aspects of motor/drive sizing.
Easy to use Windows tabs makes optimizing the mechanical system and servo size quick and accurate.
The SMA software includes typical application models such as feed drive, ballscrew, conveyor, etc. to make servo sizing painless even for first time users. The software also includes a complete database of the IIS Delta Series™ motors and drivers with servo sizes from 30w to 14.3kW.
 The results can be stored in a file and/or printed in a concise summary. The software even predicts the regeneration capacity needed for the application.
