• Transferability -- There is no need to throw away software developed for the MSC family of controllers because all the software is completely transferable to the new Emerald family.
• Support -- Any motion controller developed by IIS in use today can be retrofitted with the Emerald system. All PSC-100, MM-10 and MM-10-T controller functionality can be duplicated with minimal engineering effort.
• Longevity -- All motors sold by IIS in its 30-year history can be replaced with the existing motor line, sometimes with a “bolt-in” replacement.
