Legacy Products

Over the quarter century that we have been in business, we have created dozens of types of servo motion control systems and components. Many thousands of systems have been sold. As new technology becomes available we incorporate it into our products and gradually phase out older components and systems.

These legacy products - while many are no longer sold - are still supported by IIS. Manuals are still obtainable, on-site service can be arranged at 585.924.9181, and factory repair is readily available.

DeltaMax Positioning Controller/Power Supply/DriverDeltaMax is a complete positioning controller/power supply/driver that contains everything needed for one axis and one axis with master follower applications. Eight DeltaMax sizes are optimized to control motors from 30W to 14.3 kW. The DeltaMax is specifically designed for challenging applications where sophisticated programming is required. The optional DeviceNet or IIS CAN communications port provides easy connectivity to multiple DeltaMax controllers other control devices. Delta S Motor and Driver SystemThe Delta S motors and drives are compact, high performance, all digital AC servos with a SERCOS interface. These all digital intelligent drives use the optically isolated SERCOS digital interface between the positioning controller and the drive. Eight driver sizes are optimized to control motors from 30W to 14.3 kW. Programming is done with the integral keypad/display and the SERCOS interface. The Delta S SERCOS drivers are performance matched with the Emerald Motion Controller for demanding muti-axis machine control.

Repair Portal

IIS is pleased to announce our Repair Portal. Our customers, once registered, may log onto this system and enter repair requests. There is no need to call for a RMA number as in the past.

This time saving program allows you to electronically:

  • Submit a request for repair or evaluation of a product supported by IIS.
  • Upon submitting a request, you will receive a RMA confirmation number, be able to set priority, enter your end customer, and approve the repair(s) throughout the process.
  • View the status and stage of the repair.
  • Receive and send email updates on status of the repair.
  • View and extract history reports of repairs and corrective actions


Call the Repair Department to set up a live customer account. You will then receive a personalized username and password.
