MARKETING OVERVIEW

Please welcome Lance Dumigan, IIS’s NEW Sales Manager

Lance brings a combination of technical expertise and business leadership to our team. A U.S. Navy veteran. After earning his BSEE from Rochester Institute of Technology, he served as a Patrol Plane Commander of the P-3 Orion.

With more than 30 years of experience across multiple manufacturing industries, Lance has held positions in business development, sales engineering, product marketing, and channel management. He is highly skilled at managing complex sales cycles involving hardware, software, and services, as well as driving success in capital equipment, machine tooling, manufacturing, and engineered solutions.

Lance’s channel management experience includes supporting local, regional, national, and multinational sales organizations. His focus, professionalism, creativity, and collaborative approach make him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Lance begins work with IIS on Monday September 15th and will be contacting you all throughout the week to introduce himself and discuss sales training.

SALES TEAM MEETING/REP TRAINING

IIS are conducting a Sales Training meeting/session on Tuesday October 28th to Wednesday 29th. This training is essential for all Sales Reps to enhance their skills and contribute to the organization’s success. The training session will also give you the opportunity to meet your new Sales Manager, Lance Dumigan, along with viewing our facility and meeting our staff.
